HIGHEST COMPENSATION IN THE INDUSTRY
Branch Manager: 250 BPS + Volume Override
Independent Originator: 250 BPS
Originator in a Branch: 175 BPS – 225 BPS

Average commission is $25,000 per $1MM funded.
