INGREDIENTS
- 16 oz fresh strawberries
- 1 baguette
- 16 oz whole milk ricotta cheese
- 2 tablespoon fresh basil chopped
- 1-2 tablespoon balsamic glaze
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat your oven to 375℉.
- Cut up your fresh strawberries, mix your ricotta cheese with salt and pepper, slice your baguette to be ½ inch thick for even cooking, and chop your basil into thin strips.
- Lay your sliced baguette pieces on to your baking sheet in an even layer. Drizzle your olive oil on top of the slices and bake at for 5-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
- On top of each slice of baguette, dollop about 1-2 tablespoons of ricotta cheese, followed by the sliced strawberries, then drizzle the top with the balsamic glaze, and lastly top with basil ribbons for extra flavor.
