With nearly 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, I have had the opportunity to assist clients with various mortgage products.
I am experienced in Down Payment Assistance Loans, New Home Purchase Loans, FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional, and Jumbo mortgage products. I have also done new home purchase and short sale transactions as well. I currently have programs to approve clients with credit as low as a 580 Fico.
