About Shirley Wilson

NMLS ID 325963

Shirley Wilson has been active in the real estate industry for the past forty-five years. She began her journey as a real estate agent in 1973 for approximately seven years in the state of California.  After moving to the state of Florida, she was licensed for approximately two years.  She relocated to Seattle Washington and became a real estate agent and then a Broker for approximately fifteen years.

Shirley married young and had three beautiful children. After approximately 20 years of marriage, she became a single parent. When real estate was slow, Shirley also worked as a tax consultant, credit counselor, grocery cashier and a bartender.

She remained single for seven years before she met her second husband, and they have been together for over 33 years. Together she and her husband raised one grandchild and adopted one child.

Shirley was next to the oldest of 13 brothers and sisters and totally enjoyed being a part of this large family. When she became a single parent, although she worked, her family was number one and her career had to wait. Parenting her children was her top priority. Shirley is a mother, a grandmother and a great grandmother and she loves every minute of it. Her youngest is now 25 and in graduate school at San Diego State University.

Shirley Wilson entered the mortgage business in 2001 after moving to Las Vegas Nevada. She believes her experience in the real estate industry and various other fields have been beneficial tools in assisting her clients.

Joining the Geneva Financial family has broadened her base to further assist her buyers.  With her experience as a realtor, she knows both sides of the situation and is well prepared to assist her clients. She looks forward to the coming year providing the best service for her customers as they reach out for the American Dream of home ownership.

What My Clients Say

“I refer her to everyone!”

I’ve been doing business with Mrs. Shirley Wilson for about the past 10 years, and she will always be the first person that I will contact when dealing with mortgage and loan issues! Her knowledge and concerns that insured me as a customer got the best interest rates on loans that fit my budget the best as possible! And she insured the loan process was clear to me from start to finish. I have referred her to family and friends and they all are very satisfied and thankful for the services she can provide.

“So thankful!”

I am so thankful for the work that Mrs. Shirley Ann Wilson has done for me.  Without her help and guidance I would not be in my house today nor would my financial status credit wise be where it is at this moment.  All of this was possible because I listen and put into action what she told me to do.  All of her hard work and preparation put me in a better position to buy my first house.  She advise me on what to do to help make all of it possible, she help me get into a home buyers program which assisted me in purchasing my house.  I really appreciate all of the hard work that she did for me and keeping on track making it possible for me to have my first house. Thank you so much, Roderick B

“She gets the job done”

It is for people who believe dreams can come true they really should know you; I was once told by a great person or at least a person I have an enormous respect for, that all things in life are achievable, you just need to make one decision in the beginning. You either believe in your ability to accomplish it yourself or you have the ability to pick the exact person who can. So I can say, I have accomplished quite a few of my dreams: I am a business owner, I am a home owner and I am somewhat a new mom in my senior moment. Now the first and third dream was done and complete by myself. But the second dream was all you Shirley Watson! I felt like a trout out of water not knowing what on earth to do, and then you were introduced to me. Utmost respect, love and loyalty are the best description I can think of; you and your team placed me in a beautiful home that I have enjoyed, struggled with and maintained for the last eight years. You not only put me in it, but you walked every step of the with me and for that I am extremely grateful. So not only does she take care of you , she makes sure you are completely okay with your choice. And that is a business ethic tat we look for. I have a motto saying for this lady. IF SHIRLEY WILSON can’t get it done, it can’t be done. Carolyn J
