If you are looking for a refreshing and nourishing summer treat, these low-calorie smoothies are the perfect option for you! These five recipes are all under 100 calories, brought to us by TheBigMansWorld.
Ingredients (5 Flavors of Smoothies)
Strawberry smoothie
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
Blueberry smoothie
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
Banana smoothie
- 1 large frozen banana
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Chocolate smoothie
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup ice
- 1/4 cup sugar-free hot chocolate mix
Coffee smoothie
- 1 large frozen banana
- 2 tablespoons brewed coffee or espresso
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
Green smoothie
- 1 large frozen banana
- 1/2 cup baby spinach
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
- In a high-speed blender, add your frozen fruit, milk, and optional ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a tall glass and enjoy immediately.
Notes
I used unsweetened almond milk as it is the lowest in calories of all the milk options out there. Any milk can be used.
For a thicker smoothie, add some ice.
