Josh grew up in Southern Arizona and graduated from Northern Arizona University with an advertising degree in 2003. Since then he gained valuable experience working with Fortune 500 companies to small business start-ups, understanding the importance of building and maintaining strong interpersonal business relationships.
Keys to success – Having a strong will to succeed and knowing the importance of keeping customers and business referral partners happy. One must always have great communication and follow-up a top priority. His experience working with VIP Mortgage taught how learning and sharing similar philosophies for growing the right way, with an incredible network of strong characters and professionals. Sharing career-changing ideas and acting on those ideas plays a major key to success.
Outside of work, he regularly supports the Tucson’s local community food bank, loves football season and getting outdoors to bike as much as possible. Currently, his family consists of Shanyn (spouse) and 3 cats (Foxy, Tango, and Scout and a big, spoiled, red-nosed pit (Kahn).
