Dave Marquardt has been in the mortgage lending since 2005, He has an extensive knowledge of the industry’s history, products, and trends. He’s been a lifelong, resident of the Midwest, Dave and his family made their way to the Chicago area in 1992. Through these years he has been a Loan Officer, Branch Manager, and Owner giving him the skill set needed to ensure a great experience for his clients. He has extensive experience helping first time home buyers; His product experience also ranges from FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional, Jumbo and Reverse Mortgages.
His #1 priority is making sure his clients are happy and stress-free by informing them each step of the way and providing the options so they can make an informed decision. He enjoys the industry and along with his wife Judy they enjoy spending time with their family and their nine grandchildren.
