Geneva Financial, LLC - Kentucky

A Kentucky native, Bryan Fazenbaker has been in the banking industry since he completed his undergraduate studies at Murray State University in the mid 1980s. He started his career as a bank consultant in Louisville, then moved back to his hometown, Madisonville (Kentucky), with his childhood sweetheart and wife (Stacey) to raise a family. Bryan has remained in Madisonville ever since, and has been a mortgage lender, commercial lender, or wealth manager in the community since 1990. Bryan is a Chartered Financial Analyst (“CFA”), a terribly difficult designation that he is rather proud of.

In 1996, Bryan organized a small group of investors that eventually led to the formation of First United Bank, a de novo bank opened in Madisonville. Twenty-two years later the bank is the largest bank in the community and thriving.

Bryan and Stacey, a family practice physician, have raised two beautiful, intelligent, and Christian daughters, Sydni and Emory. Sydni is married to Micah, our first and favorite son-in-law. He served 4 years in the United States Marine Corp, Force RECON division.

Bryan’s roots in the community run deep. So does his roots in the real estate industry. Bryan’s father Bill was a realtor in Madisonville for nearly 30 years and was elected President of the Kentucky Association of Realtors in 1983. Bryan understands better than most lenders, the needs and expectations of realtors. He recognizes the long, and many times, the unusual hours realtors work; he pledges to maintain parallel hours to assist the realtor community in any way imaginable.

Bryan makes the same pledge to his mortgage clients. He is constantly calling, texting or emailing clients at all hours of the day and night. He has a gift for taking complex loan requirements and terminology, and translating them so folks, that don’t use the terms every day, can understand them.

After family and job, Bryan is the boys head tennis coach Madisonville North Hopkins High School. His teams were Regional Runners-up in 2017 and, for the first time in school history, Regional Champions in 2018.

Bryan is an avid tennis and table tennis player, golfer (when he has time), woodworker, waterfowler, bow fisherman, and boomerang enthusiast. None of which are remotely connected to the other (other than tennis). Interesting indeed.

Client Reviews for Bryan Fazenbaker and Geneva Fi

Honest, professional, and dedicated. Truly an outstanding lender!

Ashton from Madisonville, KY

Bryan was truly a joy to work with before, during, and even after the mortgage process. He answered all of the questions we had, promptly, and was able to explain things so that they were easy to understand. He also worked very well with our realtor and everyone else involved from start to finish. We could not have asked for a better lender. I have recommended him to several people, thus far, and will continue to do so. Again, thank you Bryan for making this process go as smooth as possible. We can't thank you enough!

Best experience!

hayleyadamec from Hanson, KY

Bryan absolutely went above and beyond for us! Not only to get our mortgage approved but to make sure we received the best deal. He worked for us every step of the way! He made himself available for questions 24/7. Even working around our schedules and coming to us (on a Sunday) to get our papers signed! I will NEVER be able to thank Bryan enough for everything he's done for us!
