I had the absolute best experience! First, I would like to say shopping for a home in a sellers market was nothing short of miraculous! Tony worked with me to refinance my income property (townhouse) approximately 2months ago as well as purchasing my new home!
I did not have much experience with buying or refinancing a home, but Tony took the time to explain the process of refinancing, in addition to purchasing a home from start to finish!
He gave different scenarios, to determine which would work best for me! He held my hand through the process!
Even after my frustration with the intense letdowns, bidding wars, and potential barriers, he kept encouraging me! He would say something funny that would lift my spirits and made me believe that it would be fine, it would just take a little more time!
He had a personal touch that most lenders don’t possess! I am so glad he was referred to me by my real estate agent, I would use him again in a heartbeat!
