Ingredients
½ CUP PLUS 4 TABLESPOONS BUTTER
3 CUPS WHITE SUGAR
3 EGGS
6 RIPE BANANAS, MASHED (OR 3 BANANAS AND 1 SMALL CAN OF PUMPKIN PUREE)
¾ CUP GREEK YOGURT
1 CUP SOUR CREAM
3 TEASPOONS VANILLA EXTRACT
2 TEASPOONS GROUND CINNAMON
2 TEASPOONS NUTMEG
2 TEASPOONS GROUND CLOVES
½ TEASPOON SALT
3 TEASPOONS BAKING SODA
4½ CUPS ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR
1 BAG OF SEMI-SWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS OR WHITE CHOCOLATE CHIPS OR CHOPPED WALNUTS OR ANY COMBINATION
1½ CUPS GRANOLA (OPTIONAL)
Instructions
PREHEAT OVEN TO 300 DEGREES
GREASE OR SPRAY 3 LARGE LOAF PANS
IN A LARGE BOWL CREAM TOGETHER BUTTER AND SUGAR
MIX IN EGGS, MASHED BANANAS, SOUR CREAM, GREEK YOGURT, CINNAMON, VANILLA, NUTMEG, AND GROUND CLOVES
MIX IN SALT, BAKING SODA, AND FLOUR
STIR IN CHOCOLATE CHIPS OR OTHER SELECTED “EXTRAS”
*OPTIONAL: SPRINKLE ½ CUP GRANOLA OVER EACH LOAF BEFORE BAKING
BAKE FOR 1 HOUR, UNTIL A TOOTHPICK INSERTED IN CENTER, COMES OUT CLEAN
