About Rebecca Gardner

I have been a Mortgage Banker/Broker Professional with close to 30 years of experience in various aspects of the Mortgage and Real Estate Industry, including originating, processing, underwriting, funding, mortgage placement and credit counseling. I owned and operated an FHA/VA approved office in South Lake Tahoe, California for 18 years.

For these many years, I have worked achieving the goals of my clients in helping them realize “the American Dream” of home ownership. During this time I have seen many changes in the market and have learned to adapt to market volatility. My goals include coordinating efforts in researching and successfully locating financing to match the needs of my borrowers. I like to think that one of my strongest assets include achieving satisfactory levels of customer service within this highly competitive Market.

Personally, I enjoy the opportunity to work with complicated loan scenarios and enjoy the challenge of attacking today’s obstacles and making loans happen!

I am offering financing for homeowners and prospective homeowners, including Jumbo Loans, FHA/VA, Conventional, as well as multiple First time homebuyer products. We have also added several non-conforming loan products to our portfolio including Asset Depletion and Reverse Mortgages.
